Anika Latelle, PhD

Anika Latelle currently serves as a lecturer at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs. Anika Latelle holds an MPA from Florida State University and a PhD in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

Her research focuses on the intersection between public administration and social work. Dr. Latelle is practically interested in the use of action research to address issues related to volunteer management and volunteer engagement in non-profit organizations. Prior to earning her PhD, Dr. Latelle spent several years as a clinical social worker for youth residing in community-based and juvenile justice settings.
